Our Story

We didn’t meet in a TV studio - we met in a pub at a property networking event. Kim was slightly terrified, quietly questioning why she was even there, Nicky was propping up the bar, and the rest, as they say, is history.  But what connected us was simple: we were both craving a different kind of future.​ We instantly recognised each other’s world; the long hours, the pressure, the uncertainty, and that nagging sense that life was happening to us, not with us.

Something had to change.

Property became the bridge.

Mindset made it possible.
 

And our friendship turned it into something bigger.
